3rd Annual Bay Area Mid-singles Conference

Santa Cruz, California | September 18-20, 2009

The 3rd Annual Bay Area Mid-singles Conference is coming September 18-20. Register early to save $$!  This is much more than a regional conference. For the past two years, hundreds more attendees from 25+ states have joined. This September enjoy a fabulous weekend in sunny Santa Cruz.

Featured activities include an opening night mega-social, all-day pass to the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk amusement park, beach BBQ lunch on the Boardwalk with volleyball, ocean-side party in the beautiful Cocoanut Grove Grand Ballroom, and more! Within the next two weeks, we will be putting together beach condos at Seascape Resort, which is a four star luxury resort located 15 miles south of Santa Cruz. They are two bedroom condos with full kitchens and will cost $150 to $215/person for the entire weekend depending on how many people you’d like in the room. It can accommodate 4-8 persons. We are already planning some killer breakfasts and parties to be held after the conference events.

Huntington Beach 40-something Singles Dinner Group (mid30s-50): “Come join us for July’s Huntington Beach Stake LDS ’40-something’ Singles group (for ages mid30s-50) activity , Saturday July 18, with some dinner and fellowship at El Torito Grill (not to be confused with El Torito) at beautiful Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

Usually we get a cool, chilled group of singles of around 50 people from here in HB and singles from all over SoCal.

Feel you need a wingman (or wingwoman) in order to go? No worries…we are very welcoming group that you can show up by yourself.

We will have reserved tables for the group. This time, to mix things up, it’s ‘Ladies Night’ so the Ladies will have the opportunity to move around the tables to meet different guys in the group during the dinner course.

Plus, even though our group has grown, this time everyone will be able to order individually off the menu. So if you ordering just a salad, or their lobster quesadilla appetizer or full fajita combo, it’s up to you. For a complete menu, check out www.etgrill.com

To ensure even ratios, (since often we get more GUYS to attend our activities), we have booked 50 seats (the max they will allow for the group) for the first 25 guys and 25 ladies. In order to reserve your spot, you must RSVP me via EMAIL with your name ASAP (maybes don’t count).

Huntington 30-something Midsingles Escape (27-42): “Come join the Huntington Beach 1st Ward Midsingles with the HB Midsingles Escape of kayaking in beautiful Huntington Beach Harbor followed by a Beach Party with some Corn Roasting at Bolsa Chica State Beach in HB.

Meet us over at Sunset Rentals at 2 pm sharp for kayaking. Cost is $10/person. Please RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount.

Then head on over to the Beach Party with the best corn roasted on this side of Pacific. Parking is $10/car or (free with a State Park Parking Pass)

During this time they've garnered movie soundtrack credits and cuts by other inspirational artists, including the No. 1 'I Love You Son' for Christian country artist Jackie Cox. In 2004 they received an honorable mention for 'Everything I Need' in the Nashville Song Search contest.
